Our process begins with formula and ingredient compatibility analysis. Our R&D team evaluates active ingredients, dosage, stability, and gummy matrix compatibility, while conducting regulatory reviews based on target markets, including FDA and Health Canada requirements, before the formula moves into production.
We utilize advanced vacuum-cooking and precision blending technology to process premium raw materials, including ingredients sourced from Tank Co. and Dovita. Carefully controlled temperatures help protect sensitive active ingredients while supporting consistent texture, flavor, and ingredient distribution throughout each batch.
The prepared gummy mixture is precisely deposited into customized molds within our ISO Class 7 Cleanroom environment. Temperature, humidity, setting time, and water activity (Aw) are carefully controlled to achieve consistent shape, texture, and stability while minimizing microbial risks.
After setting, gummies undergo controlled finishing to achieve a smooth, clean appearance and consistent texture. Available options include oil-based polishing such as MCT or Carnauba, with customized colors, flavors, shapes, and surface finishes available to match your brand requirements. Each batch is carefully inspected for appearance, texture, taste, and consistency before final packaging.
Every batch undergoes comprehensive quality control, including HPLC potency testing, AAS heavy metal analysis, and microbiological testing. After meeting required specifications, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) can be provided, followed by bottle filling, labeling, packaging, and preparation for global delivery.
